The post-Easter church was apparently quite a place--devoted, highly-committed to the cause, good to each other, generous, joyful.  And besides all of that, God was adding to their numbers every day!  Now that's my kind of church!  Truly we are, that kind of church, at times.  We have our moments.  We, too, are the post-Easter church, and we know how wonderful that can be.  The challenge is: to be more and more of this kind of church, because God is not done with us yet!
